In November 1805 a naval messenger named Lt John Richards Lapenotiere arrived in Falmouth, racing to deliver Vice-Admiral Collingwood's dispatches from The Battle of Trafalgar—including the report of Lord Nelson’s death—to the Admiralty in London. Now you can follow his journey and delve into history with our exciting Storymap!
